Brandy Broden is a graduate of Texas State University where she received her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. She has over 15 years of expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. Brandy brings drive and strategic focus to move the needle in propelling the advances in breast cancer awareness, early detection and research efforts.
As the daughter of a breast cancer survivor, she has an enthusiasm to support and counsel cancer patients and families .
Brandy lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband, Jamaal. They have two boys, Landon and Lincoln. The boys keep her busy running from sport to sport. In her spare time, Brandy loves a good true crime podcast.
Carlotta Porter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix. She is a former teacher and assistant principal from the Dallas Independent School District. She is a true breast cancer advocate after witnessing her friend go through the journey and surviving breast cancer.
Carlotta is a business owner of Chaé Porteé Catering company in Arlington. She is currently one of the Directors of "I am 1 one of 8 Foundation" and has partnered with them to provide healthy meals for cancer patients during their infusion treatments.
Kimberly Anderson is an Administrator in the Arlington Independent School District. She is one of the Directors for “I am 1 of 8 Foundation”. She brings to the table years of leadership, teaching, and professionalism. Kim is a former athlete and a health enthusiast. Kim is a devoted wife and a busy Mom. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
Paula Taylor is a retired Educator and Administrator of the Fort Worth Independent School District. Paula is still active in volunteerism in the schools and communities of Fort Worth. She is an Event Planner, World Traveler and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Paula is one of the Directors of “I am 1 of 8 Foundation” She brings to the table years of professional leadership, fundraising and project development.
